Toshiba’s Attendant Console for CIX phones is a PC Windows
application that displays caller ID and phone number information.
The Attendant Console has call routing, a voice mail center
and transfer capability, emergency call priority, high volume
call processing, a call status display with timer, call
waiting, an internal extension directory and speed dial
directory.
Other benefits of the Toshiba Attendant Console are that

Increases call handling capabilities by automatically distributing
calls to multiple attendants.
Answers priority and queuing with one answer button.
Has buttons that can be programmed to gain one-touch access
for most features.
Automatically switches to day or night mode.
